ISPN launched 2026 membership year on November 3, 2025 and introduced new membership categories and fees:
-2 and 3-year membership for Active members with a discount
-3-year sliding scheme for new LLMIC active members with discounts
-3-year transition scheme for Candidate members in good standing to convert to Active members after their Candidate period has expired
-new reduced fees for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals
Student membership is free for the duration of your studies; after which you may convert into a candidate member upon advancing to the next stage of your training.
The categories were added beside the existing categories of membership: Active Members, Candidate members, Associate members & Nurse and allied health professionals.
The ISPN membership runs on a calendar-year basis and expires on December 31 of the current year. The membership dues are to be paid annually.
From 2025, the print journal is no longer available.

ISPN also offer Honorary Membership to individuals whose outstanding contribution to pediatric neurosurgery is recognized by the Executive Board; Corresponding Membership to individuals whose devotion to Pediatric Neurosurgery is recognized by the organization and Senior Membership to Active and Associate Members who are over 70 years old.
The above memberships are only available upon written request, to be submitted and approved by the ISPN Executive.

1Fill in the online membership application form
Please note that you need to upload a CV in English which should include details of your training, experience and any publications.
In addition you should provide two names of current ISPN members for endorsement. Please inform your references that you have put them in as a reference, as they will be checked. If you do not have two names as a reference, you can still proceed with the application, your application will still be sent to the executive for consideration.
2Pay for the membership
Payment is made through the ISPN secure online payment system. Only upon payment will the application be sent to the executive for approval.
3Receive confirmation
Once your application is approved, a confirmation with membership credentials will be sent.
